- Aid in mast stepping and rigging maintenance
- Help relocate and launch Member vessels
- Support dock system setups and upkeep
- Contribute to a clean and safe marine yard
- Communicate effectively with Members and staff
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of marine experience OR mechanical skills
- Pleasure Craft Operator Card (PCOC) mandatory
- Must be fit enough to lift 50+ lbs
- Team player focused on safety and detail
