JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, the Assistant Server supports the service team in creating welcoming and enjoyable dining experiences for Tigh-Na-Mara guests.

This hands-on role works closely with Servers and other Food & Beverage Team Members to support smooth and efficient service throughout Cedars Restaurant and Lounge.

The Assistant Server helps prepare and maintain dining and service areas, assists with guest needs, and ensures the restaurant, lounge, and patio are clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support Servers in delivering welcoming, effective, and attentive food and beverage service.
- Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly while helping maintain a smooth flow of service.
- Assist with guest needs throughout service, including beverage refills and table maintenance.
- Ensure restaurant, lounge, patio, and service areas are clean, organized,



stocked, and ready for use.
- Maintain service supplies, including polished glassware, folded napkins, guest-facing materials, and other items required for daily service.
- Work collaboratively with the service team while following food safety, cleanliness, and company service standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Available to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to take initiative throughout the shift.
- Professional, approachable, and committed to providing exceptional guest service.
- Able to work efficiently and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods and safely lift, carry, and move dishes, trays, and service supplies as required.

COMPENSATION $18.25 per hour + gratuities
