The Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will:

- Hold a DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental program or NDEB
- Be licensed and in good standing with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO)

- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Provide compassionate,

- Be committed to maintaining high clinical standards
- Work well as part of a team

- Be comfortable diagnosing and treatment planning independently
