As the Associate Director, Enterprise Governance & Business Management, you’ll play a pivotal leadership role in driving enterprise-wide governance, business management, policy development, and strategic decision-making.

This is your opportunity to combine governance expertise, business acumen, and change leadership to influence outcomes that support the organization's long-term success. Lead an effective team that supports enterprise governance and policy frameworks , ensuring consistency, compliance, and alignment across the organization Oversee business initiatives and intake processes , supporting executive decision-making through governance, analysis, and prioritization Champion organizational change and business transformation , leading process improvements, stakeholder engagement, and adoption strategies Provide strategic advice and enterprise-level analysis , including business cases, risk assessments, executive briefings, and recommendations for senior leadership We're looking for a strategic leader with experience in enterprise governance, business management, policy development, organizational planning, and change management . The ideal candidate excels at navigating complexity, influencing stakeholders, driving continuous improvement, and translating business needs into practical, enterprise-wide solutions.





Lead high-impact governance, transformation, and business management initiatives • Partner with senior leaders across the enterprise to drive strategic outcomes • Contribute to a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related discipline AND several years of progressive management experience a related field or relevant industry In developing, researching, analyzing, interpreting and implementing policies and procedures In planning, managing, implementing and evaluating projects, programs, services, activities, and/or business plans and strategies In data and information management and analytics In planning, managing, evaluating and promoting enterprise programs In overseeing the development of training and presentations LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS Bilingual (English and French) Essential Writing: ADVANTAGES AVAILABLE Health Benefits: Drug coverage, healthcare spending account, virtual care (telemedicine), Employee and Family Assistance Program, mental health support, travel insurance, dental, vision, life insurance and disability insurance.
