We are seeking a skilled Lawyer to join our dedicated team . This role is vital in helping us uphold our commitment to providing exceptional legal services across various practice areas. The successful candidate will contribute to our firm's growth and reputation by offering expert legal advice and representation.

Responsibilities

- Provide legal advice and representation in real estate law, wills and estates, criminal litigation, and civil litigation.
- Conduct thorough legal research using tools like LexisNexis.
- Draft legal documents, contracts, and pleadings with precision.
- Negotiate on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Manage case files efficiently and maintain detailed records.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.




- Uphold the firm’s standards of professionalism and client confidentiality.
- Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree.
- Valid license to practice law in Ontario.
- Solid research skills with proficiency in LexisNexis.
- Excellent negotiation, writing, and legal drafting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong ethical standards and attention to detail.
