Gives an in-depth knowledge of corporate taxation and of tax planning for the company, its managers and shareholders. The course includes calculation of corporate income tax, tax implications of the distribution of retained earnings, and the tax implications of owner/manager decisions regarding remuneration, incorporation and succession planning.

Enseignement / Teaching: $239.47 (2024-2025) The academic year starts on September 1 and ends on August 31.
These rates do not included vacation pay nor statutory pay.
These rates will be applied until a new collective agreement is ratified. Retro will be paid after the ratification.

Requirements
- Should have an MBA or Master's degree (Ph.D. preferred) in the area of taxation.
- Must also demonstrate recent skilled experience directly related to this course.
- Must also have teaching experience, preferably in the area of taxation.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a professional accounting designation (CA, CMA or CGA) and a Master's or PhD degree.
