Refinisher’s primary responsibility is refinishing to ensure a quality repair of each customer’s vehicle.

Refinisher mixes paint, colour matches and refinishes each vehicle.

Refinisher works with all team members in achieving the repair facilities KPIs. Inspects body and prep repairs for deficiencies that may impact the quality of the refinish process; Ensures all paint deficiencies are corrected through wet sand and polishing (i.e. runs, dirt nibs, etc.) Prep surface for paint using hand and power tools Surface preparation, vehicle masking, priming, and top coating. Accurately mixes paint to ensure quality colour match and apply to repaired or replaced body panel Apply new knowledge and skills to ensure a high level of quality and productivity, which directly contributes to KPI’s (Sales/ CP/ EBITA/ BHPD/ NPS).
