The position is also responsible for completing general repair facility cleaning responsibilities while working with all team members in achieving the repair facilities KPIs. Polish, dry and clean vehicle windshields, windows, lights, mats and exterior body Protects and preserves automobile exterior by buffing, polishing and applying waxes Maintain a clean and organized parking lot at all times Power wash the shop floor, (to reduce appearance of dirt) as required Maintain and organize the vehicles in the parking lot daily (incl. Responsible for the consistent implementation of the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan, ensuring quality and productivity standards are met.





This role directly contributes to the shop's efficiency and a positive Net Promoter Score (NPS).

High School
