We’re currently hiring a skilled and motivated Auto Glass Service Technician who takes pride in their craft and is passionate about delivering a WOW client experience . Whether working in the shop or out in the field, you'll be part of a tight-knit, high-performing team that values integrity, teamwork, and excellence in everything we do.

Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Be Doing ✅ Install and repair auto glass & ADAS Calibration (windshields, door glass, back glass, etc.) on a wide range of vehicles – cars, trucks, vans, fleets, and equipment

✅ Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently while following best practices

✅ Deliver top-quality workmanship using proper techniques that meet or exceed industry standards

✅ Accurately document all service and installation details in our system (Mobile Pro/POS/FSM/CRM)

✅ Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, explaining services, aftercare instructions,



and answering questions with confidence

✅ Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment – in the shop and in service vehicles

✅ Respond to scheduled and unscheduled service calls , including in-shop and mobile jobs as required

What We’re Looking For in an Ideal Team Member ✅ Proven experience in auto glass installation (or equivalent hands-on technical experience in a similar trade)

✅ Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

✅ Friendly, skilled, and client-focused demeanor – you’re the face of our service

✅ Ability to work independently and thrive in a high-performing team environment ✅ Reliable and punctual – you show up, follow through, and take ownership

✅ Physically capable of lifting to 50 lbs and working on vehicles at various heights
