Autobody & Paint Technician (Custom Builds) - Taber, AB

Bad Guy Motors is a custom fabrication and diesel performance shop. We build custom trucks and restomods, manufacture our own line of truck accessories, and put out finished work we're willing to stamp our name on. This is a custom-build role. We do not do collision or insurance work.

We're looking for an experienced body and paint person who can run their own bench. You take a panel from prep to a show-quality finish without someone standing over you.

What you'll do:

- Bodywork, panel prep, block sanding, and filler on custom and restoration builds
- Prime, seal, base, and clear to a high standard
- Colour matching, blending, and custom finishes
- Prep and paint our manufactured products and one-off fabrication work
- Catch problems before they turn into rework

What we're after:

- Proven autobody and refinishing experience; custom, resto, or high-end shop background preferred
- Someone who manages their own workflow and doesn't need hand-holding




- Real attention to detail and pride in a finished product

What this isn't:

- A collision shop. If your experience is strictly insurance and collision volume, this likely isn't the right fit.

Pay: $25.00-$39.00 per hour
