Prio Auto Service is a busy and growing automotive repair facility serving both our affiliated car dealerships and customers from the surrounding area.

We have a steady, year-round workload and remain busy throughout all seasons. Our shop handles a high volume of vehicles coming from our dealerships while also servicing local retail customers at the same time.

We are looking for a mechanic or technician who wants to work in a busy shop, enjoys staying productive throughout the day, and is looking for consistent work in a fast-paced setting.

Position Overview

We are currently looking for either a Licensed Automotive Service Technician (310S) or an experienced unlicensed mechanic to join our team.

Licensed 310S technicians are paid $37 per hour. Compensation for experienced unlicensed mechanics will be based on skill level, qualifications, and experience.

This position is ideal for someone who is looking for a shop with consistent vehicle volume and plenty of work available year-round.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on a wide variety of makes and models
- Perform vehicle inspections and complete written reports
- Complete maintenance, repairs, safety-related work, and other required services
- Work efficiently in a high-volume shop environment
- Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and company procedures
- Communicate effectively with the Service Manager and other team members
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
- Complete repairs accurately and within reasonable timelines

Qualifications
- Licensed 310S Automotive Service Technician preferred
- Experienced unlicensed mechanics will also be considered




- Strong diagnostic and mechanical problem-solving skills
- Experience working on a variety of vehicle makes and models
- Valid Ontario driver's licence with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable, organized, and able to work efficiently
- Must be comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced shop
- Looking for steady work and a consistently active work environment

Compensation
- Licensed 310S Technicians: $37 per hour
- Experienced unlicensed mechanics: Hourly rate based on experience and skill level
