WHAT YOU’LL DO Reporting to the Sales Managers, you’ll help customers find the right vehicle while building strong relationships and creating an exceptional experience from first conversation through delivery and beyond.

You will

- Welcome customers and take the time to understand their needs, lifestyle, and budget.
- Help customers explore new and pre-owned vehicle options and confidently guide them through the sales process.
- Become a knowledgeable resource on Volkswagen vehicles, features, technology, available services, and options.
- Deliver engaging and professional vehicle presentations and demonstrations.
- Build strong customer relationships through great communication and consistent follow-up.
- Develop your network and build a loyal customer base.
- Make every vehicle delivery a memorable experience.
- Work closely with the Sales Managers and dealership team to achieve individual and team goals.




- Participate in ongoing Volkswagen product training, sales coaching, and professional development.
- Take ownership of your goals, activities, follow-up, and results.

WHAT YOU BRING You don’t need to come from the automotive industry to be successful here. We’re looking for someone who is great with people, motivated to succeed, and ready to learn.

- 1–3 years of sales experience preferred. Automotive experience is an asset, but we welcome strong salespeople from other industries.
- Valid AMVIC certification or willingness to obtain it.
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.
- An upbeat, professional, and engaging approach with customers.
- Self-motivation, a strong work ethic, and the drive to achieve goals.
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort with technology and the ability to learn current systems.
- Experience with dealership management (DMS) software is considered an asset.
