We're looking for a full time Service Concierge in our state of the art service drive. Main responsibilities include:

- Directing traffic in the service drive.
- Greeting clients as they arrive for service, confirming their appointments and completing a check-in walkaround on the vehicle.
- Installing vehicle protectors and ID tags.
- Locating, moving, parking, and retrieving vehicles.
- Ensuring the service department is clean and tidy at all times.
- Communicating with service team to ensure seamless transition of clients to their service advisor and vehicles into the shop.





Previous automotive or customer service experience is required and training will be provided. This position provides an excellent chance to learn the service process and grow within the team.
