About The Role

As a Product Advisor, you’ll be the face of our Toyota dealership—guiding customers through one of the most exciting moments in their lives: choosing their next vehicle. Your mission is to create a welcoming, informative, and memorable experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

What You’ll Do

- Engage with customers to understand their needs, lifestyle, and preferences
- Present Toyota’s lineup with confidence, clarity, and enthusiasm
- Deliver a customer experience built on trust, transparency, and genuine care
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and technologies
- Support customers throughout the buying journey, from first greeting to final delivery
- Follow up with clients to ensure continued satisfaction and long‑term relationship building
- Maintain product knowledge of Toyota vehicles, features, and industry trends

- Previous sales or automotive experience is an asset, but not required—we’ll train the right person
