Aldershot Greenhouses Limited is seeking a dependable and experienced Full-Time AZ Local Driver to join our logistics team. This position is vital to ensuring our products are transported safely, efficiently, and in excellent condition between facilities and to our customers.

The successful candidate must hold a valid AZ license, have a minimum of 3 years of full-time commercial driving experience, and maintain a clean driver’s abstract.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and drive AZ vehicles to transport goods and materials
- Load and unload products, including flowers and greenhouse goods
- Perform deliveries and collections primarily in the Niagara region
- Complete inter-facility deliveries and collections
- Communicate with the Logistics Manager and follow routing instructions
- Support shipping operations by moving products onto/off trucks and around the warehouse
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections (tires, lights, brakes, refrigeration units, etc.) and report issues
- Comply with all safety and company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as required

Qualifications & Requirements

- Valid AZ license required
- Minimum 3 years of full-time commercial driving experience
- Clean driver’s abstract (no major violations)
- Forklift license or experience is an asset
- Physically fit – able to pull, push, and move heavy carts of flowers




- Strong communication and organizational skills

Hours of Work

- Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Flexibility required during peak periods (early starts, later finishes, Saturday mornings and Holidays 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM, as needed)
