Role Description The AZ Driver is a full-time, on-site role based in North York, ON, responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of Castrol and Wakefield products to customers and distribution centers. Day-to-day tasks include operating AZ vehicles in compliance with company policies and transportation regulations, conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and ensuring loads are secured and handled safely. The AZ Driver will manage delivery documentation, including bills of lading and delivery confirmations,



and communicate proactively with dispatch and warehouse teams to maintain accurate schedules.

The role also involves maintaining a clean and well-functioning vehicle, following all health and safety procedures, and providing courteous, professional service to customers during pickups and deliveries.

Qualifications

- Valid AZ driver’s license with a clean driving record and robust knowledge of Ontario road safety and transportation regulations.
- Experience operating heavy-duty commercial vehicles, including load securement and safe handling of industrial and automotive products.
- Ability to complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain accurate delivery and log documentation, and follow routing instructions.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, including adherence to company policies, PPE requirements, and environmental and workplace safety standards.
- Physical ability to perform job tasks such as lifting, moving, and securing product, and working in warehouse and loading dock environments.
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting delivery timelines.
- Previous experience in automotive, lubricants, or industrial distribution environments is an asset; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
