Job brief

We are looking for an experienced truck driver with AZ license to serve our customers in a safe and timely manner.

Responsibilities

Transporting finished concrete materials to retail and distribution centers & job sites In Eastern Ontario.

Circle check vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance.

Document and log work/rest periods and kilometers spent driving and retain fuel/toll receipts.

Comply with highway driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking) as well as with company policies and procedures.

Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions.

Pick up and verify delivery instructions including tiedown securing load.

Report defects, accidents,



or violations

Maintain valuable customer relations.

No overnight or weekends

Carry out routes and meet delivery schedules.

Requirements

Valid truck driving license

Clean Drivers abstract.

Willing to submit to drivers abstract.

Extensive knowledge of applicable Highway Traffic rules and regulations A proven work experience as a truck driver. Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc.)

Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
