Pacific Smoke International

Markham

Do you believe that a company’s success depends on its people? If so, PSI is the place for you! PSI is nothing without people who build, design, and support it. We’re looking for a B2B Marketing Coordinator to join our scaling organization.

What’s significant to us:

We are seeking to attract individuals who share and demonstrate our core values: Judgement, Curiosity, Agility, Results, Ownership, Teamwork.

At Pacific Smoke International, our mission is to help people quit smoking by providing safer alternatives to traditional cigarettes. As the leading distributor of electronic vaporizers and award-winning vaping products in Canada, we've made significant progress since our founding in 2013. However, we have much more to accomplish for our customers, and we're looking for a culturally aligned B2B Marketing Coordinator to join in our Marketing team at our Markham headquarters.

Take part in joining an exciting career in a booming industry!

Overview:

Reporting to the B2B Marketing Manager, the B2B Marketing Coordinator is the operational support engine behind everything our B2B Marketing team puts into the field. You will own the day-to-day coordination of marketing materials from request through to delivery, and act as the first point of contact for our sales team when they need marketing support. It is a hands-on, highly organized role with visibility across sales, brand, and operations providing an ideal launchpad for a recent graduate who wants to learn how a leading Canadian commercial organization runs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the end-to-end procurement of marketing materials and POSM: gather requirements from stakeholders, obtain vendor quotes, raise purchase orders, track production timelines, and confirm quality on delivery.
- Coordinate the distribution of marketing materials, samples, and campaign assets to the field team and retail partners; maintain accurate shipment records, inventory counts, and reorder triggers so nothing runs out mid-campaign.
- Serve as the first point of contact for inbound sales team requests and feedback logging each item, resolve straightforward requests directly, and route or escalate more complex items to the right member of the B2B Marketing team.

- Track open sales support requests through to resolution, following up with internal owners and closing the loop with the requester so nothing stalls.
- Provide administrative support for cross-functional work with the sales team, including meeting scheduling, agendas and notes, action item tracking, and maintaining shared project documentation.
- Assist with light reporting: pull and format data in Excel, maintain recurring trackers and activity reports, and prepare clean summaries for marketing and sales leadership.
- Support updating shared marketing files, asset libraries, and materials inventory records so the team is always working from a single source of truth.
- Support the broader B2B Marketing team on campaign execution, trade events, and other duties as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a marketing, sales support, or coordination capacity, including internships, co-op placements, or summer roles preferred.
- Strong Excel skills: comfortable with formulas, sorting and filtering, pivot tables, lookups, and building simple charts, and solid working knowledge of the wider MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail; able to juggle multiple concurrent requests and deadlines without dropping any.
- Transparent, professional written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to interact daily with sales representatives, internal stakeholders, and external vendors.
- A service mindset and a bias for ownership: you take a request through to completion and know when to escalate rather than sit on a problem.
- Curious, adaptable, and energized by a fast-paced environment where priorities shift.

- Exposure to project management or ticketing tools (Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar) is an asset.
- Fluent Mandarin both spoken and written strongly preferred.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada and able to work a hybrid schedule of four days per week at our Markham head office.

What you can expect from Pacific Smoke International: At our company, we strive to provide our team members with the best possible support. Here is an overview of the current benefits and perks we offer:

- A total compensation package that includes group benefits program starting from day 1 of joining and year-end performance bonus
