Role- Backend Developer

Location – Montreal QC(Hybrid)

We are looking for an intermediate Backend Software Developer (Contract) to implement B2B customer features, maintain and expand services for key clients across 40+ markets. If you are passionate about urban mobility, scalable backend systems, and robust software solutions in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment, this role is a outstanding fit.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Java and Python with a solid foundation in object-oriented programming.
- Strong experience with MySQL or other RDBMS’.
- Familiarity with AWS and infra-as-code for deploying and maintaining could-native applications
- Knowledge of DataDog or similar observability tools for monitoring, alerting and troubleshooting.
- Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, mitigate and resolve production issues quickly, transparently, and effectively.
- Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work in a cross-functional environment
