Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance about bakery products
- Prepare and package baked goods with precision, maintaining high standards of food handling and safety
- Decorate cakes and pastries, showcasing creativity through cake decorating skills
- Restock shelves with fresh baked items, ensuring an appealing display at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area, adhering to food safety protocols
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing, wrapping, and packaging baked goods
- Support the team during busy periods by helping with cooking,

Requirements

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and proper packaging techniques
- Skills in cake decorating or baking are highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Kitchen experience or familiarity with food preparation processes is a plus
