We are looking for a Banquet Set-Up member to join our team. This is a PERMANENT position, shifts are between Thursday to Monday during the day with early morning start times and overnights on weekends.

PLEASE READ: You must be available between these days and be flexible with scheduling.

Experience is preferred but not necessary as we will train the right candidate

Job Summary

- Set up and tear down of tables, chairs, and stages this includes lifting and moving these items
- Prepare rooms for events by placing linens, glassware, cutlery, napkins and dishware according to client’s request.
- Ensure all rooms are set-up according to the floor plans provided in a timely manner
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures




- Care for all equipment and supplies by using and handling appropriately and carefully and replacing safely after use

Required skills

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Be able to lift 20kg or more
- Following set-up instructions with great attention to detail
- Be open and versatile regarding work hours and schedule
