Duties

- Welcome guests warmly and guide them to their seats with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and presentation standards are met
- Assist with setting up banquet rooms, including arranging tables, linens, glassware, and utensils
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas throughout events
- Handle guest inquiries courteously, providing information about menu items or event details
- Support food handling and safety procedures in line with health regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators to ensure smooth operation during functions





Skills

- Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Knowledge of food handling, serving techniques, and food safety standards
- Experience in hospitality or hotel environments is a plus
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Basic knowledge of food preparation or bartending skills can be advantageous
