Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cashiering duties with integrity and attention to detail
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station, dining area, and equipment to meet food safety standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as assembling snacks or light food items for customers
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or concerns




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality

Qualifications

- Prior experience as a Barista or in food service is highly preferred; familiarity with serving in a fast-paced setting is a plus
- Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately
- Understanding of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a lively setting
- Experience with food preparation or food industry operations is beneficial but not required
