Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages using POS (Point of Sale) for order processing.
- Bake fresh pastries, bread, and other baked goods according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering duties with basic math skills to ensure accurate payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food prep area,



adhering strictly to food safety and food handling regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the board game area.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies needed for baking and beverage preparation.

Qualifications

- Previous baking experience is preferred.
- Previous barista experience is preferred; familiarity with serving in the food industry is a plus.
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cash register technology.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and managing transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
