Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages with precision and flair.
- Engage with customers warmly, taking orders accurately and providing friendly, attentive service.
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Handle cash, process payments, and give correct change while maintaining cash handling accuracy.
- Assist with food preparation and food handling tasks to support daily operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, ensuring food safety standards are met.




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly without compromising quality.
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff.

Experience

- Previous barista experience or food service experience is highly preferred; enthusiasm for learning is valued!
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order calculations.
- Experience in serving or food preparation roles within the food industry is advantageous.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
- Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
