Duties

- Monitor guest behavior responsibly,
ensuring a safe environment for all patrons while complying with alcohol service regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate service flow during busy hours, supporting overall restaurant operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in bartending, serving, or food industry roles with strong customer service skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS and cashiering procedures for effective transaction handling.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling practices, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during high-volume periods.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and inventory management.
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred; hospitality background is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting.
