Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience from greeting to farewell
- Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with precision, ensuring accurate transactions and change distribution
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling standards
- Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to alcohol service laws and policies
- Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages to ensure readiness for service
- Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of hospitality, food safety, and overall service quality
Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant or food industry settings, especially bartending or serving roles
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for accurate cash transactions, change calculation, and inventory management
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and hospitality standards
Pay: $18.10-$22.10 per hour
