YOUR MISSION Demonstrate proactive commitment to health, safety and environment

- Supervise the team under your responsibility
- Plan the daily work schedule (loading and delivery schedule)
- Receive concrete orders and dispatch to the concrete mixer operators
- Operate the mixer to mix concrete
- Ensure the concrete meets the quality standard requested by the customer
- Overlook the smooth operation of all operations
- When needed Perform quality control tests
- Operate the loader if required
- Perform all other tasks when required. YOUR DNA Being comfortable with various IT software;





Experience working in a ready-mix concrete plant (an asset)

- Having Leadership, initiative and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Bilingual: frequence continuously, intermediate level because must communicate with employees and customers;
