Bison Towing Ltd. is growing, and we are looking for a Battery Service Technician to join our team.

No previous battery or automotive experience is required. We will provide full training.

Job Title: Battery Service Technician

Schedule: Flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends

What You Will Do

- Respond to customer requests for mobile battery and roadside service.
- Travel to customer locations using a company service vehicle.
- Perform battery testing and basic vehicle electrical checks.
- Provide vehicle boost/jump-start services.
- Remove and install automotive batteries.
- Learn how to identify the correct battery for different vehicles.
- Maintain battery inventory in the service vehicle.
- Keep tools and equipment clean and organized.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Complete service reports and communicate with dispatch.
- Follow company safety procedures and training.
- Work safely around vehicles and on roadsides.

We Will Train You You do not need previous battery or automotive experience.

Bison Towing will provide training on:

- Automotive batteries
- Battery testing
- Battery replacement and installation
- Boosting vehicles safely
- Basic automotive electrical systems




- Customer service
- Use of battery testing equipment
- Secure roadside work procedures
- Company dispatch and service procedures

- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physically capable of handling automotive batteries and equipment
- Able to follow instructions and safety procedures
- A good communicator
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Able to obtain and maintain a valid driver's licence and acceptable driving record
