YOUR MISSION Demonstrate proactive commitment to health, safety and environment

• Supervise the team under your responsibility

• Plan the daily work schedule (loading and delivery schedule)

• Receive concrete orders and dispatch to the concrete mixer operators

• Operate the mixer to mix concrete

• Ensure the concrete meets the quality standard requested by the customer

• Overlook the smooth operation of all operations

• When needed Perform quality control tests

• Operate the loader if required

• Perform all other tasks when required. YOUR DNA Being comfortable with various IT software;





Experience working in a ready-mix concrete plant (an asset)

• Having Leadership, initiative and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Bilingual: frequence continuously, intermediate level because must communicate with employees and customers;
