MKW Logistics Group is looking to expand! As a driver for our team, you will be responsible for all aspects of product distribution on behalf of MKW Logistics Group’s clients, and for providing quality on-site customer service to the customers. If you respond well under pressure and enjoy providing solutions, we want you on our team! This is a full-time position, and the shifts vary between 07:00 - 19:00 Tuesday through Friday with overtime opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver cases, kegs and other products to licensed establishments and retail customers throughout Eastern Ontario
- Pick up refillable materials, including empty kegs
- Load and unload the delivery vehicle
- Organize products according to the assigned route and delivery manifest
- Confirm product quantities and delivery details at each stop
- Provide skilled, on-site customer service
- Respond appropriately to customer questions, delivery concerns and discrepancies
- Accurately complete and submit all required delivery documentation each day
- Obtain required signatures and proof of delivery
- Perform pre-trip inspections, maintain daily logs and report vehicle concerns
- Follow company safety, delivery and fleet standards
- Complete additional pickups or deliveries when required
- Help keep the assigned company vehicle clean and properly maintained
- Assist with warehouse and operational duties when required

Key Requirements:

- Valid Ontario full G driver’s licence
- Clean and insurable driving record
- Minimum one year of delivery-driving experience preferred
- Previous beverage-delivery experience is considered an asset
- Comfortable driving a cube-style delivery vehicle
- Able to complete longer-distance, rural and regional routes




- Able to safely handle the physical demands of repeatedly loading and unloading products
- Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills
- Dependable, patient and professional
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Able to work independently while maintaining communication with dispatch
- Comfortable navigating changing traffic, weather and road conditions
- Able to use a smartphone for navigation, communication and delivery confirmation
- Team-focused attitude and willingness to assist with changing operational needs

Working Conditions:

- Driving a company vehicle throughout various parts of Eastern Ontario
- Working both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
- Frequently lifting, carrying, pushing and sliding cases or packages that typically weigh up to 40 pounds
- Safely maneuvering kegs that generally weigh between 80 and 150 pounds using appropriate handling equipment, including dollies and carts
- Repeatedly entering and exiting the delivery vehicle throughout the shift
- Hand-loading and unloading products when required
- Working variable-length routes within the general 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. operating window
- Overtime paid in accordance with applicable Ontario employment standards
