Victoria Village is a charitable, not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing person-centered care with the goal of an individualized aging experience. Our vision is to transform our community by celebrating the ageless spirit of people.

Victoria Village offers a continuum of services including:

- Independent and assisted living (Life Lease)
- Long-Term Care
- Commercial Spaces

We're currently seeking passionate volunteers to join our Board of Directors. We encourage candidates with experience in healthcare, long-term care, governance, project or construction management, real estate, and/or that bring lived or service experience from historically marginalized communities to apply.

Board responsibilities include

- Strategic planning
- Campus development




- Financial oversight
- Policy development
- Community engagement
- Advocacy
- Quality Improvement

Our Board meets about 6 times per year, with 5 active sub-committees supporting our work. Why join?
