Position: Bottle Depot Supervisor Wage: CAD $30.77/hour Types: Full-time, Permanent (availability to work weekends is considered an asset) Working hours: 30 40 hours/week Benefits: 4% vacation pay Job Duties:
- Supervise, assign, and review the work of staff; • Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve procedures and policies; • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, standards, and regulations; • Schedule and co-ordinate work of staff ; • Requisition materials and supplies; • Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions; • Train workers in job duties,
safety procedures and company polices; • Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery and arrange for maintenance and repair work.
Job Requirements
