Notre groupe de boulangeries est à la recherche d'un(e) boulanger(ère) passionné(e) pour assurer la production quotidienne de pains au sein de sa succursale de Saint-Hyacinthe. Vous serez garant(e) de la qualité et de la régularité de nos produits.

Intégré(e) à une équipe jeune et dynamique , vous serez acteur(rice) majeur(e) du bon fonctionnement de la boulangerie et du plaisir partagé chaque jour avec l'équipe.

Responsabilités principales

Pesée des recettes, façonnage des pains, organisation de votre planning, entretien de l'espace de travail et conduite des cuissons : chaque journée rythme votre savoir-faire de boulanger.

Production.

- Préparer l'ensemble des pains : pains traditionnels, pains spéciaux, baguettes, pains sandwich, brioches ;
- Garantir la qualité, le goût et la présentation des produits ;
- Organiser la journée de travail selon les prévisions de production ;
- Suivre et respecter la fiche de production ;

Hygiène et sécurité alimentaire

- Appliquer les normes MAPAQ ainsi que les règles d'hygiène en vigueur ;
- Maintenir le labo de production, les équipements et les zones de stockage dans un état de propreté irréprochable ;
- Assurer le suivi de la traçabilité des produits ;

Rattaché(e) au chef boulanger/de production, vous recevez les fiches de production et les objectifs du jour — et vous êtes maître(sse) de votre organisation pour les atteindre.

Profil recherché

- Maîtrise du levain liquide et de l'autolyse (méthode dégradée)
- Capacité à travailler en autonomie et à s'organiser efficacement
- Rigueur, régularité et souci du détail
- À l'aise avec les horaires de boulangerie (matins, week-ends)

As part of a young and dynamic team, you will contribute directly to the smooth day-to-day operation of the bakery and to creating an enjoyable working workplace for the whole team.

Key Responsibilities

Weighing ingredients, shaping dough, organizing your production schedule, maintaining your workspace, and managing the baking process — each day will put your baking skills into practice.

Production

- Prepare our full range of breads, including traditional breads, specialty breads, baguettes, sandwich breads, and brioche;
- Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation across all products;
- Organize your workday according to production forecasts;
- Follow daily production sheets and required quantities.

Food Safety & Hygiene
- Comply with MAPAQ standards and all applicable food safety and hygiene requirements;
- Keep the production area, equipment, and storage areas clean and well maintained at all times;
- Ensure proper product traceability procedures are followed.

Reporting to the Head Baker / Production Manager, you will receive the day's production sheets and objectives — and have the autonomy to organize your work efficiently to meet them.

- Experience working with liquid sourdough starter and autolyse techniques;
- Ability to work independently and organize your workload effectively;
