What You'll Be Doing

- Act as the face of our brand at the point of customer contact, creating a welcoming and memorable experience
- Educate customers on our home improvement product lineup, explaining features, materials, and use cases in straightforward terms
- Build genuine rapport with customers to understand their project needs and match them with the right solutions
- Drive brand awareness and sales through proactive engagement, promotions, and product demonstrations
- Maintain a polished, on-brand presentation of displays, signage, and product areas
- Process sales transactions and handle point-of-sale duties with accuracy
- Represent company values and standards consistently in every customer interaction
- Collaborate with teammates to meet daily and weekly brand performance goals

Who We're Looking For





- Outgoing personality with a natural ability to connect with people
- No experience required — we welcome candidates from retail, hospitality, sales, or customer-facing backgrounds
- Confident verbal communication skills in English; other languages are an asset
- Comfortable with basic math for handling transactions
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to represent the brand positively even during busy periods
- Adaptable and quick to learn new product information
- Personal vehicle access is an asset
