Responsibilities

- Design and prepare high-quality dishes that meet our restaurant's standards.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper food storage practices.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on cooking techniques, food handling, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the restaurant management team to develop seasonal menus and special offerings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen in compliance with health regulations.
- Monitor food quality and ensure consistency in taste and presentation.




- Address any customer feedback or concerns regarding food quality or service.

Skills

- Proficiency in various cooking techniques and cuisines.
- Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage kitchen staff.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Experience in restaurant management or team management within a culinary setting.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with front-of-house staff.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with bartending is a plus but not required.
