Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook breakfast items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, sanitation, and food safety protocols are followed at all times
- Assist in meal preparation by chopping, assembling ingredients, and setting up cooking stations for efficient service
- Serve guests promptly with friendly attitude, ensuring excellent customer service throughout their breakfast experience
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing supplies
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and kitchen operations
- Support team members during busy periods by efficiently managing multiple tasks while maintaining high standards of quality
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred
- Robust knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods specific to breakfast dishes
- Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail
