Olly Fresco's is looking to add to our culinary management team! We are Monday to Friday with 8 hour shifts between the hours of 5:00am to 2:30pm. No nights, weekends or holidays! Position duties include
- Assisting Chef with food preparation
- The ability to properly execute a variety of culinary methods and techniques
- Prepping vegetables and meats
- Cooking vegetables and meats
- Batch cooking
- Strong knife skills
- Ability to lift and carry 40lbs
- Able to work well under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Fluent in written and spoken English
