We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to support business growth across the broader MIRACLETM brand and its affiliated entities. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong relationships, converting qualified prospects into clients and partners, and consistently achieving established weekly sales and business-development targets. This role is ideal for a confident salesperson who thrives in a performance-driven environment and has a demonstrated ability to prospect, negotiate, overcome objections, and close.

Position: Business Development Manager

Compensation: $50,000-$60,000 plus competitive commissions of up to $75,000 a year!

Expected Start date: As soon as possible

Position Responsibilities and Duties

Business Development & Lead Generation

- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through telephone outreach, email, networking, referrals, events, database campaigns and other approved business-development channels.
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Conduct outbound business-development activities daily to support weekly sales objectives.
- Identify prospective clients, referral sources, strategic partners and business opportunities.
- Re-engage existing databases, dormant prospects and previous relationships where appropriate.
- Develop relationships that can generate repeat business, referrals and cross-entity opportunities.
- Research prospective markets, organizations and business-development opportunities.

Sales & Closing

- Consistently meet or exceed established weekly sales, conversion and revenue targets.




- Conduct needs-based sales conversations to identify client and partner requirements.
- Present MIRACLE products and services clearly, confidently and persuasively.
- Communicate appropriate value propositions based on the prospect's needs.
- Manage prospects through the complete sales process from initial contact to conversion.
- Negotiate professionally while protecting company standards, pricing and business objectives.
- Handle objections confidently and convert concerns into opportunities for continued discussion.
- Maintain urgency throughout the sales cycle and prevent qualified opportunities from becoming stagnant.

Campaign Management

- Support multiple business-development campaigns across the MIRACLE entities based on organizational priorities.
- Quickly learn the products, services, target markets and value propositions associated with assigned campaigns.
- Transition between campaigns as business needs and priorities evolve.
- Execute approved campaign strategies, scripts, outreach plans and follow-up procedures.
- Provide management with feedback regarding lead quality, common objections, market responses and conversion barriers.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and sales effectiveness.

Relationship Management

- Develop long-term professional relationships with clients, referral partners, business owners and external stakeholders.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with active prospects and professional contacts.
- Build trust by providing timely, knowledgeable and professional communication.
- Identify opportunities to deepen existing relationships through additional MIRACLE services.

In Person Outreach

- Conduct consistent in-person outreach to prospective strategic business partners within assigned territories and surrounding business communities.
- Meet or exceed the established weekly quota for in-person office visits to potential referral partners, businesses, and professional organizations.
- Generate qualified partnership leads, referral opportunities, follow-up meetings, and new business through face-to-face outreach.
- Plan and organize weekly outreach routes to maximize prospect visits, relationship-building opportunities, and territory coverage.
- Track outreach performance and conversion results against established weekly targets and partnership-development goals.

CRM & Pipeline Management

- Document all calls, emails, meetings, follow-ups and material client interactions in the company CRM.
- Maintain accurate prospect stages, next steps and follow-up dates.
- Ensure leads are actively managed through the sales pipeline.
- Maintain sufficient pipeline activity to support weekly quotas.
- Maintain organized records for business-development campaigns and contacts.

Performance & Reporting

- Work toward clearly defined weekly quotas and KPIs.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates when requested.
- Take ownership of individual performance and consistently work toward exceeding established

Qualifications and Other Requirements:

- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing,



Business Development, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, account management, or client acquisition.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
- Highly sales-driven, competitive, and results-focused.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working in a KPI- and quota-driven environment.
- Strong organizational, follow-up, and time-management skills.
- Excellent technology skills in using all Microsoft Suite Software’s including, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel, Outlook, Google Chrome, etc.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to express ideas and procedures clearly and concisely; ability to work with highly sensitive information
- Must have > 50 WPM
- Sales Conversion: Demonstrated ability to move qualified prospects through the sales funnel, overcome objections, negotiate effectively, and convert opportunities into closed business.
- Full-Cycle Lead Management: Proven ability to nurture client leads and manage opportunities from initial contact through follow-up, conversion, onboarding, and completion of the full sales cycle.
- Goal-Driven Focus: Their desire to hit targets and/or completed tasks/ assignment/ projects that outweighs any temporary hesitation or fear of social awkwardness
- Assertive Communication: They initiate conversations effortlessly and clearly articulate value propositions without sounding aggressive or pushy.
- Resilience to Rejection: They do not take "no" personally. Instead, they view objections as natural steps in the workplace to learn and perform better
- Unwavering Confidence: They project authority and belief in their service/product, which instantly builds trust and credibility with prospects and team.
- Effective communication involves conveying your message clearly, concisely and accurately with an advanced level of the English Language
- Must own a vehicle and have full access at all times
- Mandatory attendance at Company Annual Events

Work Schedule and Conditions:

- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with evening and weekend availability required as needed for client sales meetings, appointments, and business development activities.
- Sales Event Setup: Must be physically able and willing to independently set up and dismantle sales booths and event displays, including but not limited to tables, pop-up banners, signage, promotional materials, and related equipment.
- Sales & Networking Events: Must be available to attend and support in-house sales, networking, promotional, and corporate events as required, including assisting with event setup, prospect engagement, lead generation, and post-event follow-up.
- Must be comfortable sitting and speaking on the phone for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Daily pressure to meet outreach targets, handle objections, and convert leads into appointments.
- Regular meetings with direct manager to review weekly performance, lead quality, and conversion goals.
