Responsibilities

- Prospect and generate recent business through cold calling, outreach, and referrals
- Develop and present tailored transportation solutions and proposals
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close profitable deals
- Manage and maintain client relationships with limited account management focus
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service execution

Successful candidates will have:

- Demonstrate 5-10 years of B2B transportation or logistics sales experience
- Possess strong hunter mentality with a focus on net-new revenue generation
- Show expertise in intermodal, LTL, and full truckload services
- Exhibit strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Be comfortable with CRM systems and outbound prospecting strategies
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required,



as the role involves regular travel to customer and client locations.
