Position: Sr Business System Analyst (SRE Project Experience)

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid Position)

Duration: Long Term Position /Open Ended SOW (12+ Months)

We are seeking experienced Business Analysts to support Client's Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) function within the Platform Reliability, Corporate Systems team.

Must have Skills:

- Solid background in business analysis with demonstrated experience in technology delivery environments
- Strong requirements traceability skills — disciplined in documentation and accountability
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with requirement owners and technical teams
- Experience in SRE, platform reliability, or infrastructure domains is an asset
- Familiarity with large financial institution environments preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and drive end-to-end requirement gathering for assigned SRE initiatives
- Work closely with requirement owners to clarify, document, and track requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Maintain strong requirements traceability from intake through to delivery sign-off




- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on scope and deliverables
- Proactively manage and resolve requirement ambiguities before they become delivery blockers
