Manufacturing Engineer
Our client in Vaughan is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer. They are seeking someone who has been employed as a Manufacturing Engineer with an automotive or aerospace manufacturing company. Full time Location: Vaughan, Ontario. 100% On Site Position Type: Full-time, Permanent Vacancy Status: This is an active vacancy Compensation: $80,000 – $95,000 per year Lead the design, optimization, and validation of high-volume manufacturing processes, ensuring stable, efficient, and launch ready production methods.
Define equipment requirements, manage procurement, and oversee installation of machinery, tooling, fixtures, and gauges to support robust manufacturing performance. Maintain and produce all required engineering and quality documentation, including APQP deliverables Drive corrective action activities (NCR, 8D), continuous improvement initiatives,
and cost reduction efforts focused on scrap, waste, throughput, and OEE. Partner with engineering, production, and tooling teams to troubleshoot issues, enhance manufacturability, and support new product and process development.
A degree or diploma in mechanical engineering At least 3 years of work experience being employed with a manufacturing company (like automotive or aerospace) as a Process or Manufacturing Engineer Work experience reading GD&T; Drawings and blueprints Work experience with IATF 16949/AS 9100 or similar Hiring Process & AI Disclosure Our company does not use artificial intelligence to screen, assess, or select applicants for this position.
