Duties

- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and safety guidelines
- Serve meals and beverages to customers with friendly, attentive customer service
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment to ensure health standards are upheld
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices
- Restock supplies, utensils, and condiments to keep the service area organized and efficient




- Assist with food inventory management and monitor expiration dates to minimize waste
- Support team members during busy periods by helping with food preparation or serving as needed

Skills

- Previous experience in restaurant or food industry settings preferred
- Solid customer service skills with a positive, approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to serve efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with food preparation, bartending, barista work, or hospitality roles is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and assist in various cafeteria tasks as needed

Pay: From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week
