Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases in a professional manner
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for cash, credit, and digital payments
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including counting cash and giving correct change
- Provide product information and perform product demos when needed to enhance customer understanding
- Upsell relevant products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure the sales area is tidy and inviting
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via online inquiries




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly and efficiently

Requirements

- Bilingual proficiency in English and French; multilingual skills are a strong asset
- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse customers
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Familiarity with POS systems, merchandising, and retail sales techniques
- Ability to perform basic product demonstrations and upselling strategies
- Excellent organizational skills and time management to prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation
- Technical sales experience or knowledge of technology products is a plus but not required
