Overview

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Camp Attendant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness across camp facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all guests and staff. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a positive experience for everyone at our camps.

Duties

- Perform routine cleaning of common areas, dorms, dining halls, and recreational facilities to uphold hygiene standards
- Assist with general custodial tasks, including trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces
- Support hospitality services by ensuring guest areas are tidy and well-maintained
- Conduct industrial cleaning tasks as needed in storage areas or maintenance zones
- Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries




- Collaborate with team members to ensure all camp facilities are presentable and inviting
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors

Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality environments
- Familiarity with hotel or industrial cleaning procedures and equipment
- Robust attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with staff and guests
- Physical stamina to perform manual cleaning tasks throughout the shift
- Prior experience in hospitality or custodial roles is preferred
