We are looking for an experienced Campaign Manager to plan, execute, and optimize personalized customer campaigns across Braze and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The role involves customer journey orchestration,
audience segmentation, lifecycle marketing, campaign automation, performance analysis, and collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.

- 3+ years of hands-on Braze experience
- 3+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) experience
- Robust understanding of customer journey orchestration and lifecycle marketing
- Experience with segmentation, personalization, and campaign automation
- Familiarity with CRM and customer data platforms
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience in Telecommunications, Retail, or large enterprise environments
- SQL knowledge for audience selection and campaign analysis
- Experience integrating Braze or SFMC with CRM, CDP, or other data platforms
- Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications
