Position Overview
We are seeking two registered Cardiology Technologists to join our team. The cardiac technologist is responsible for performing a variety of non-invasive cardiac diagnostic procedures and supporting physicians in the assessment and management of cardiovascular disease.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform resting 12-lead ECGs
- Conduct exercise stress testing and stress echocardiography support
- Perform Holter monitor hook-up and analysis
- Record and document vital signs
- Complete patient intake and prepare patients for physician consults and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within EMR
- Support clinic flow through related administrative and clerical duties as required
Qualifications & Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Technology program
- Minimum 1 years of recent clinical experience
- Current CSCT or OCST certification
- Current BCLS Level C/HCP certification
Assets
- Experience analyzing Holter recordings using NEMON HE/LX software
- Experience with AwareMD Cerebrum EMR
