Pitbull Doors Inc. is looking for a reliable and hardworking Carpenter / Window & Door Installation Helper to join our installation team.

We install windows and doors throughout Calgary and surrounding areas, with some projects requiring travel outside the city and occasionally outside Alberta.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in construction, physically capable of handling windows and doors, and able to work effectively as part of an installation crew.

Responsibilities

- Assist with the installation and removal of windows and exterior/interior doors
- Assist carpenters and installers with job-site preparation and installation work
- Carry, load, and unload windows, doors, tools, and construction materials
- Assist with framing, shimming, levelling, fastening, caulking, insulation, and finishing work
- Safely use hand and power tools
- Work from ladders and at heights when required
- Assist with loading and unloading company trucks and trailers
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow company procedures and job-site safety requirements
- Travel to different job sites throughout Calgary and surrounding areas

Requirements
- Valid driver’s licence and clean driver’s abstract
- Reliable vehicle is preferred




- Comfortable driving a truck and pulling a trailer
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying windows, doors, and construction materials
- Comfortable working at heights
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with a team
- Able to work full-time with occasional Saturdays
- Willing and able to travel outside Calgary when required
- Window and door installation, carpentry, renovation, or general construction experience is an asset

Certifications Considered an Asset
- Fall Protection / Working at Heights
- WHMIS
- CSTS
- First Aid
- Any other relevant construction or safety training
- WCB coverage if applying as a subcontractor

Schedule & Work Conditions This is a full time position, primarily Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays depending on project schedules.

Projects are located throughout Calgary and surrounding communities. Some jobs may require travel outside Calgary and occasionally outside Alberta.

Wage range: $18.50–$30.00 per hour, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
