We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming atmosphere
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using a Point of Sale (POS) system
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide information on promotions
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Perform product demonstrations when required
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer needs
Requirements:
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage cashier responsibilities effectively
- Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions
- Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a plus
- Experience with POS systems preferred
- Fluency in English; multilingual skills are advantageous
- Prior cashiering experience is beneficial
- Comfortable with technology sales processes
