Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases, inquiries, and product information in a friendly, professional manner
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card processing, and sales transactions
- Manage cash register operations including balancing cash drawers, processing refunds, and handling returns with precision
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing products on shelves,



ensuring displays are attractive and well-stocked
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a positive attitude

Experience

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided for all new team members
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and balancing registers accurately
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and merchandising techniques is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in upselling or technical sales involving product demos or explaining features is beneficial but not mandatory
